I believe life and mental health are a journey. My job is to walk alongside you on this journey until you feel comfortable walking through life by yourself. Therapy is essential to unlocking the best versions of ourselves. I am an LPCC in the state of Colorado, and I look forward to working with you. I have worked in mental health for the past seven years, including working as a mental health technician in a mental health hospital, answering crisis intervention phone lines, providing in-person crisis intervention, and in-person individual clinical mental health therapy.
