I treat a variety of people and problems. Individuals with depression, anxiety, personality problems, parenting issues, couples, children, adolescents and adults. Diagnosing the problem is essential to successful treatment outcome. I meet the patient where they are and help them transition to adjustment and eventual happiness. I advise on what ideas make people happy and help them choose their own path. I use humor and story- telling to enhance understanding as well as personal experiences to illustrate solutions.
