Hello, I'm Dr. Assouline (Dr. A). Welcome to my Psychology Today page. My role as a psychotherapist involves joining you in uncovering underlying stressors as well as your strengths in order to create change. Life's challenges can be difficult and can even seem impossible to overcome. We may not know it in the moment but I believe we all have the strength and freedom within us to make choices that will help us meet these challenges. Everyone I work with has their own story. I take a non-judgmental and open stance when listening to your story and help you find your inner strengths to problem-solve. My approach is tailored to you and takes into consideration your individual needs. I use evidence-based approaches to best help you work through difficult times.
