I work with men and young men who are struggling in their relationships, whether that be with family, women, themselves, or coworkers. Usually anxiety, depression, trauma, or even PTSD accompany these relationship challenges. Let me guess, you are here because how you are handling your problems isn’t working. Maybe you aren't sure exactly what you need, but you know you need support. You know that you would like to be satisfied in your relationships and able to handle stressors skillfully. Your goal is to feel ok again, to feel like you have control of your life and the direction it is going in. I am a somatic therapist who works with ketamine, cannabis, and non-medicine approaches such as TRE for the treatment of relational wounding and/or trauma. I was trained at Innate Path for an innovative psychedelic modality to treat trauma and relational wounding. I also offer talk therapy from cognitive and mindfulness-based lenses.
