Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping many adults navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, anger, communication skills, and more. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit and received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
