Counseling has always been a calling for me. This is especially true when it comes to helping those who are struggling with anger. Stong emotions like this can cause difficulties in the home, in relationships, and can upend a person's entire life. Worse, most do not know where their emotions are coming from. I help my clients sort out those details. I aid my clients in getting to the root cause of thier feelings, all while teaching a variety of skills that help promote a sense of peace and purpose.
