Hello, and thank you for reading my profile! Many of my clients are young adults dealing with life stressors, trauma, or anxiety. It's okay to not be sure what you want out of therapy, and to only know that something is wrong. I want you to feel comfortable and confident in therapy, and I believe this is a collaborative process. We will work together to determine goals and the priorities in treatment. I have some clients achieve their goals in less than 10 sessions, and other clients I have seen for years. Length of treatment depends on your goals and I am happy to accommodate long or short term therapy
