I aspire to create a space that is welcoming, non-judgmental, empathic and introspective. My goal is to help you learn about yourself and how you relate to others so that you can make positive improvements that are lasting. Therapy can be challenging; but my belief is that through this meaningful work you will develop a deeper sense of self and awareness of strengths that may have gone undiscovered to this point. In therapy, issues to be resolved will be addressed with the idea that self-awareness leads to choice, responsibility and change.
