Sometimes we all need a hand when navigating today's fast-paced and chaotic environment. My goal is to provide that hand in an empathetic and compassionate manner. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, including panic attacks, and trauma. I have spent the last decade working with individuals in an inpatient setting, which has provided me with experience working with a wide range of disorders and symptoms and has shown the importance of compassion and understanding in therapy.
