I am interested in helping people climb their mountain. You know the circumstances of your struggle and are the only one who can make the climb, but I want to help you find the handholds necessary to feel more in control. I am a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker with an interest in working with whatever feels like is getting too hard to handle. I use varying therapeutic techniques to help make goals attainable. Lastly, as a person with ADHD, I have lived experience managing persistent symptoms and hold a special place in my heart for the neurodivergent.
