Reaching out for help takes courage and strength. My approach to therapy is to work collaboratively in order to effectively use that courage and strength to produce effective growth and change. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who are experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders such as anxiety and depression. I have a passion for working with couples who are experiencing communication struggles within their relationship. I have extensive experience in working with individuals who experience substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, low self-esteem.
