The focus of my practice is to create that safe environment so that you feel comfort in exploring these challenges together. No one will understand your life or what is best for you better than you will. Our work together will help you find your own solutions and paths to your ideal life. Whether that be unpacking the past or game planning for the future, we will sort through the emotions and challenges you are facing to improve how you feel, helping you feel more in control and confident. Many of my clients choose me because of my speciality with ADHD, Anxiety, and the comfort of working with a male counselor that will relate to their experience.
