Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in NJ as well as a registered Art Therapist (ATR) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). I tend to work with teens and young adults that are struggling with self-esteem, anger, school related issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I LOVE working with teenagers that are resistant to therapy. While I do have a lot of experience working with trauma informed approaches, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I approach each client individually. Therapy can be uncomfortable, but when you see a change, it's worth the discomfort.
