I utilize a strengths-based model to help you achieve your goals and work through your problems. I have worked with a wide variety of clients and strives to make everyone feel at home and comfortable however possible. Previously, I ran a men's trauma group and is very familiar with themes of male messaging, cognitive restructuring, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I can help you develop coping skills to assist with problems such as depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and problems within family dynamics. I utilize a client centered model where you are in the driver's seat.
