My psychotherapy practice consists of individual, couple, and group therapy. I work with people wanting to improve their relationships and find more connection with others in their life. The focus in our work is on communication and helping people put into words what they are thinking and feeling so that they are understood and can understand others better. The most common issues people bring are depression, anxiety, health, and work issues. I work with ages ranging from about 18 and older. I have a specialty in group psychotherapy and run ongoing groups that are mixed gender and meet weekly.
