My clients come to me with real-world problems and a genuine desire to heal and recover from their related emotional and psychological injuries. They may suffer from symptoms of anxiety, depression, loneliness, and/or substance use, and often they do not have a mental health diagnosis. Sometimes these symptoms can lead to feelings and perceptions of not belonging, burdensomeness, not being valued or loved, guilt and/or shame, or being trapped by life circumstances. These feelings can erode life meaning, often leading to thoughts of suicide or premature death. My clients gain validation, support and direction to heal and recover.
