The journey to begin therapy takes form in many different ways these days. In can be when faced with an insurmountable problem or breaking point moment. Sometimes we just have a feeling that something isn't quite right and we aren't sure where to start. Other times it's in cultivating a sense of meaning/purpose/community in our lives. And other times it's simply figuring out what is blocking up our ability to access and experience emotion. I hope to be able to join you in figuring out what might be causing some distress, and with any luck, our conversations will become meaningful for the both of us.
