I specialize in working with couples where one partner is autistic or has ADHD and traditional couples therapy hasn’t helped. This work is a fit when one partner carries most emotional or logistical labor, requests for change lead to shutdown, avoidance, or conflict, and past therapy increased resentment. Many partners arrive emotionally exhausted, unseen, and unsure whether real change is possible. My approach interrupts painful cycles without blame and creates practical, nervous–system–informed change. Sessions are structured, direct, and focused on clarity—not endless process.
