In my experience, most people reach out for help when they realize that the coping skills and strategies they are utilizing are not working for them, or they may be overwhelmed by a particular event, such as the loss of a loved one. I have a warm and nurturing style, believing that often only when we feel supported by another are we best able to realize our potential. Many of my clients are suffering from depression, relationship issues, stress, anxiety, trauma, and grief.
