I have been in practice since 1987, working with individuals who are willing to learn healthier, more productive coping skills. Individuals, couples and families struggling with addiction, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression have successfully worked toward positive goals and outcomes when willing to prioritize and allow our innate resilience to lead the way.
