I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and have spent the last nearly 25 years helping couples and individuals navigate a variety of clinical concerns. My practice focuses on targeting and resolving ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that we may have developed from our family-of-origin, dysfunctional relationships and patterns, and/or trauma. I have had the privilege of facilitating individuals and families, as they grow in communication, conflict-management, and coping skills.
