Hello my name is Joe Monteleone. I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My job is to give you tools which will enable you to better manage your mental health issues. I am available for video telehealth sessions only. I offer day and evening appointments. My dream is to help you realize yours. I am a brief therapist. If you are looking for someone to process every bad thing that ever happened to you in your life, want to discover who you are, or just grow as a person, I'm not your therapist. I work with people with problems like anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. If you don't know why you are coming to therapy, I won't know either.
