I provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including exposure-based therapies, for OCD, insomnia, and a range of anxiety disorders, including panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and specific phobias (fear of flying, fear of needles, fear of driving, etc.). Additionally, I use mindfulness-based approaches to help cope with daily stressors and lead a more fulfilling life. I value a warm, empathic approach to form a strong therapeutic alliance and work collaboratively with my clients.
