As a licensed therapist, I come to my practice with the ability to inspire my clients. I have background as an athlete and clinically trained psychotherapist. I treat adults, older adults and young adults that are having struggles with psychological stressors and mental health challenges. I offer marriage counseling, family systems therapy and individual therapy. I also assist with communication strategies, conflict resolutions, workplace dynamics, low academic motivation and strengthening interpersonal skills. I have helped clients with low self-esteem and peer relationship issues. I am also trained in gerontology counseling.
