Relationships can be difficult to navigate on your own which is why couples counseling can be a good place to learn more about yourself and your relationship. Couples counseling can be daunting to start, but therapy can provide a safe and comfortable environment to share and open up to your partner. In my approach, I meet with you and your partner individually to learn as much as possible about your past and the history of the relationship as we work towards healthier communication and behavioral patterns. I have over six years of experience as a licensed counselor in the state of Florida. The majority of my work has been with couples, teenagers, and individuals seeking help for anxiety and depression. I offer both EFT and Gottman techniques in my couples counseling.
