I am a clinical psychologist with expertise in whole-person health and the science of behavior change. I specialize in helping individuals manage stress/anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses, and addictive or otherwise problematic behaviors. I enjoy helping clients to identify, make, and maintain personally meaningful life changes and often incorporate aspects of health and financial psychology into therapy. In addition, I have specialized training in couples therapy for partners interested in strengthening their relationships through improved communication, trust, and connection.
