Joseph Roth LCSW Empathic social worker who takes a CBT approach particularly a Mindfulness approach to assist clients live in the moment rather than being conflicted inside their own minds. Prefer working with adults and teens along with couples and families. Enjoy working with those with depression, anxiety disorders, family conflict, and issues surrounding self-esteem. CBT and DBT are my main focus in therapy.
