I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern pursuing a Master of Science in MFT. I have provided therapy for individuals, teens, families, and couples. While working as a clinical intern, I have developed a foundational respect and appreciation for clients and their unique challenges. I see therapy as a personalized process in which the therapist and client co-create change. I have found that many people come to therapy feeling stuck and discouraged by their difficulties, which can lead to negative narratives about themselves that are not beneficial to the change they are hoping for.
