Hey there! My name is Joseph. I specialize in trauma, addiction, mood, anxiety, relationships, sex and sexuality issues. Welcome to my practice, I’m happy you’re here. I love to work with individuals and couples who are truly invested in actively processing their mental health. I try to direct and guide my clients towards greater self-awareness, meaningful change, and transformation. With couples, I specialize in betrayal trauma and help my clients to build back trust in a safe space. I have a wholehearted and multi-dimensional approach to my work, grounded in empathy, kindness, and compassion. I utilize depth psychology and a Jungian framework when appropriate. I am a strong believer in ancestral healing, exploring family systems, lineages, relational and intergenerational trauma.
