I believe that change can happen when you least expect it, and therapy is a wonderful way to look at what is holding you back and understand yourself. I bring an empathic, caring persona to the therapeutic process and believe that the relationship developed in therapy is a powerful tool for insight and growth. I have worked with many patients to develop an increased capacity for self-reflection and to apply skills learned in therapy to creating a more fulfilled life. I see children, teens and adults in my practice.
