As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor with nine years of experience, I provide confidential and nonjudgmental counseling to clients ages 13-60 struggling with grief, anxiety, anger, and more. My accepting, empathetic, and reflective approach aims to foster self-awareness, courage, and growth. I believe we all have the capacity to respond to thoughts and emotions with curiosity rather than avoidance. My goal is to create a safe space for you to process, gain insight, and grow.
