I have always been fascinated by what it means to be human: the choices we make, the stories we live with, and the beliefs, values and morals we choose to live by. Making space for these parts of our human experience is vital to living a meaningful life. I believe that past trauma, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, loss and spiritual disconnection all conceal our innermost capabilities for living a healthy, happy, whole life. I am passionate about helping people create strong and meaningful relationships with those they love. No relationship is too far gone. I also supervise therapists gaining hours towards licensure. I take a humanistic, strength-based, insight oriented approach. I do not believe people must be "fixed," in order to be healthy, and therefore take a non-pathologic approach to my work. My "systemic" lens helps us create a holistic path toward healing and resolution. I have a special interest in supporting ADHD, divorced co-parents, work stress, mothers.
