The decision to enter therapy is a courageous choice that can help empower people and help them achieve positive changes. As a New York trained psychologist, I pride myself on being an experienced, knowledgeable, nonjudgemental therapist, and offer a personalized approach tailored to each individual. I currently see adults of all ages for issues such as anxiety, depression, career changes, life transitions, marital issues,unsatisfying relationships, parenting issues, divorce, and loss or grief. In addition, I also work with children and adolescents, and have been trained in play therapy, a more comfortable way for younger children to express themselves.
