I am a licensed and board certified counselor who is experienced in working with children and adults in school, community, and hospital settings. I view counseling as a collaborative journey in which the counselor and client work together to build a relationship of trust and understanding so that we can effectively determine strengths, support systems, and areas for growth as well as establish goals and work towards mental health stabilization.
