Hello, and welcome. I work with individuals of all ages, and with families and couples. Some people come to me in the midst of deep pain, when hope for something better seems elusive. Others feel fine in many ways but imagine somehow being able to meaningfully enhance their lives, though what that might look or feel like is not yet clear to them. Having worked for many years with adults and children with wide-ranging experiences and presentations, I've seen how depression or anxiety, trauma, shame and isolation, difficult family dynamics can have an undermining influence on our relationships of all kinds, and on our work and play.
