I treat anxiety, depression, grief, intrusive and obsessive thoughts, low motivation, attention and concentration, and communication difficulties. I also have interests in treating dependence or addiction to technology like smart phones, social media and video games. I have extensive experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and seek to provide a welcoming and affirming space for exploration in therapy. I enjoy working with young adults who are navigating the process of building careers, families or who might be wrestling with their identity or sense of self.
