I help queer clients fully affirm their identity and thrive. While supportive, I am also direct and work to help clients remove limiting belief systems, get out of executive dysfunction and add clarity to where they are trying to go and what they are trying to achieve. I have also been seeing couples and polycules for nearly a decade and help work on communication skills, vulnerability and transparency, as well as establishing and reinforcing firm boundaries. Because I hold an addictions certificate as well, I am well equipped to serve people with co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance abuse challenges).
