Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or just want to understand yourself better, therapy is a place to start untangling things. In addition to anxiety, depression, and trauma, I primarily work with individuals and couples struggling with grief, hopelessness, anger, and interpersonal communication. I am especially passionate about working with men who are navigating some of the unique challenges facing men today.
