By not seeing an individual for what symptoms they have or what is affecting them, I am more interested in helping you find what is the cause of symptoms, how to work with them and better manage them. I provide a safe space for anyone who is looking to improve their lives, build better relationships with family, friends or partners and learn to let go of the things that are holding you back from your goals.
