I have extensive experience working with adults and couples struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, adjustment to life-transitions, eating disorders, ADHD and low self-esteem. I also enjoy working with first responders. My goal as a therapist is to help you develop positive and healthy coping skills and strategies that empower you to navigate life's twists and turns with a stronger and healthier mindset.
