I have SPACE for 2 new clients right now! Good therapy is all about fit. Many clients walk through my doors, but the ones that stay in my practice really love working with me. They come to look forward to therapy and use it as a resource in their lives. If you want to try one session, there's really no pressure to stick with it. If our therapy doesn't feel like a good fit, that's totally okay. But there is the possibility that you'll really like it, that you'll come to look forward to it, and that you'll get a lot out of it. And of course, coming to therapy doesn't mean something is wrong with you.
