Counseling needs to be a safe, comfortable place for you to share your issues and find ways to overcome them. I offer clinical counseling from a Christian perspective. My education, training and life events have given me experience in working with anxiety, depression, and spiritual issues, just to name a few. It's hard feeling like everyone is normal but you. Personally, my philosophy is to educate and motivate. I like to give psychoeducation about what your issues are and motivate you to make the changes you need to live healthy!
