I am passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their ideal selves. I believe that life doesn’t always equip us with all the tools we need to become well-adjusted, well-functioning adults—and that everyone can benefit from support in navigating life’s challenges. The clients I work with present with a wide range of concerns, including (but not limited to): neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ and marginalized identity issues, depression, anxiety, substance use and process addictions, trauma and PTSD, relational distress, life transitions, impulse control concerns, and challenges related to aging.
