Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck—caught in the same arguments, struggling with connection, or unsure how to move forward. I help partners slow down, listen differently, and rebuild trust so the relationship feels safer and more fulfilling. I also work with men who are feeling lost in their roles—as partners, professionals, or fathers. You may look like you have it together, but underneath there’s stress, self-doubt, or resentment. I offer a space to sort through what’s not working and create lasting change. Based in Atlanta, I offer in-person and telehealth sessions.
