Welcome! I am Josh Pina, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. I obtained my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University, and while there I received the clinical excellence award for my dedication to promoting wellness to populations served. My goal is to provide you a safe and welcoming space to navigate life’s obstacles, set goals, and to grow. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and I work with teens and adults that are seeking help with regulating emotions, strengthening relationship skills, tolerating stressful thoughts and situations, substance use disorders, etc.
