Psychotherapy is incredibly helpful not just in managing mental health diagnoses such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, etc., but it is also a powerful support in navigating the ways in which we can all get stuck in undesired and unhealthy patterns in our lives and relationships. My goal is that your experience of therapy is one in which you feel deeply heard and understood, challenged in healthy ways, and safe and comfortable to explore a wide range of thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a neutral and non-judgmental setting. I can offer a variety of strategies and approaches that I've learned through over 20 years of experience in a number of different practice settings. My goal is to ask questions that open space and lead to new insights and understanding, and to collaboratively problem solve with you to help you build new strategies and skills for navigating life's challenges.
