Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who resides in Arizona. I have an LPC in both the state of Arizona and Colorado. For more than 8 years I have worked with both young adults and adults suffering from mood disorders, chemical addictions, behavioral addictions, and grief/loss. I have specific training in grief therapy, sexual addiction, as well as trauma informed care. In the first session we will introduce ourselves and discuss what brings you into therapy. I will answer all your questions and make sure that you are at ease and feel comfortable. Therapy cannot happen without safety and the ability to trust each other. After we get to know each other, we will discuss both your short term and long term goals for therapy.
