Since 2022, I have been providing therapy to folks in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. My prior experience encompasses various roles within the Baton Rouge community, including inpatient mental health, intensive outpatient, homeless services, and community treatment. In addition to my background in mental health and social services, I have practiced yoga and meditation during my professional and educational journey, and I obtained my certification as a yoga teacher in 2015.
