As a therapist, my goal is to offer a space where you can be fully yourself—whether that means sitting in silence, speaking freely, expressing frustration, or beginning the process of change. I LOVE working with children, teens, young adults and adults, with a passion for supporting parents navigating the challenges of raising children while trying to stay connected to themselves. I utilize CBT, DBT, ,art therapy, play therapy, and sports psychology.
