I offer a professional, respectful, client centered environment to help my clients understand and resolve their problems, discover their strengths, and to accentuate positive behaviors and relationships. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families; helping them to deal with life stressors and transitions. My work emphasizes crisis management through individual counseling, group therapy, and medication management. Specifically, my work includes working with individual with mental health diagnosis such as anxiety, depression or bi-polar. I have also served to counsel troubled marriages, substance use and abuse. I believe in the use of evidence base therapies such as CBT, DBT, MI, Stages of Change Model etc., as well as holistic approaches as instruments to influencing positive behavioral changes.
